Shipping Policy
Who do we ship with?
We use Parcelforce, GLS, Evri, DPD, UPS, Yodel, P4D, GForce, Freightforce and many more.
Tracking will be provided at the earliest convenience.
How long will it take?
Express Delivery: This is a 1-3 working day service (which are classified as Monday – Friday, not including UK Public Holidays), applicable to the UK mainland only. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) or UK Public Holidays, will be processed the following working day.
UK Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver most items within 8-12 Working days (which are classified as Monday – Friday, not including UK Public Holidays), unless otherwise stated on the product (example commercial grade items - including bouncy castles and fibreglass slides, will take longer due to them being made to order). Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) or UK Public Holidays, will be processed the following working day.
EU Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver most items within 10-15 Working Days (which are classified as Monday – Friday, not including UK Public Holidays), unless otherwise stated on the product. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) or UK Public Holidays, will be processed the following working day.
USA Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver most items within 15-25 Working Days (which are classified as Monday – Friday, not including UK Public Holidays), unless otherwise stated on the product. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) or UK Public Holidays, will be processed the following working day.
Collect From Store
If you are looking to collect from store, these items will need collecting within 3 working days.
Please email sales@raynesbabyworld.com, to book in your collection time / date, so we can guarantee someone is there. If items aren't collected within within 3 working days then these may be placed available for resale and a refund processed, in accordance with our returns policy.
PLEASE NOTE - it is up to you the customer to make sure you have the space in your car/van to fit your order in as Soft Play items come in large boxes/sacks and do take up a great deal of space.
Pre-Order
Pre-released orders (“Pre-orders”) are orders for products that are not yet available for general sale. If an item shows "Pre-Order", you are ordering it ahead of sale, hence as soon as it is available for release, we will dispatch your whole order to you.
You must check the estimated delivery in the product details before purchasing and occasionally there can be a delay to the estimated arrival date, due to various reasons out of our control. Delivery times should be used as an estimated guide only and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused.
You will be notified ahead of time who your parcel has been sent with, via email, with a link to track your order. Please note, occasionally there can be a delay to the estimated arrival date.
Once your order has been placed and your item is allocated to your order number, we are unable to cancel your order under any circumstances.
Notes about Orders
Larger orders tend to come in multiple shipments, so please read your tracking information, to see how many parcels you should be expecting. Sometimes, parcels get split up in transit, so may arrive within a few days of each other. Wait a few days before getting in touch as usually within 72 hours, all parcels will have arrived.
Any missing items from the order, need to be submitted to us via email (returns@raynesbabyworld.com) within 7 working days to ensure we can fully investigate and rectify any issues immediately.
If you would like to make an amendment to your order, and it has yet to be dispatched, we may be able to help. We ask that you email us immediately with your order details and your desired amendments and we will see what we can do. If more than 12 hours has passed since you placed your order, then it is highly unlikely that we will be able to make any amendments to your order.
Important Information

Free UK Shipping is only applicable to mainland UK, excluding areas classed as Highlands and Islands by our courier. Other areas including Northern Ireland could have extra delivery charges which will be calculated at checkout.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Should your item be sent and returned, a charge may be incurred.

Due to the volume of orders being dispatched, we are unable to individually track every order once it is in transit, however, if there is an issue with tracking or delivery, we will help however we can.

Delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch.

Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

An email containing a link to track your order will be received once your order is dispatched. It is the customers responsibility to use this to track the progress of their parcel and make themselves available at the time of delivery.

If a delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to a delivery depot, it is the customers responsibility to collect the parcel before it is returned to our warehouse. The tracking link sent will update informing you of your orders location and options that to have regarding re-delivery and/or collection.

Please note that if an order is returned by the courier due to no one being present at the time of delivery and/or a failed collection or wrong delivery address details being provided, you the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping and/or redelivery.
- All commercial grade products (e.g. Fibre Glass Slides, bouncy castles etc..) are most likely to be delivered on a pallet. Items therefore, will be left curb side outside the property, or within the property boundaries (i.e. driveway) where possible. Should a driver be unable to deliver the item, then a redelivery fee of £100.00 will automatically be enforced, before the item can be delivered.

If the order is cancelled by the customer once it has been returned by the courier, the cost of the products will be refunded ONLY, minus the return to sender charge if applicable.
